A: Products ship UPS
Ground. Delivery generally takes between 1 –
4 business days after product ships
depending upon how far you are from the
shipping point. No products are delivered on
Saturday or Sunday. Saturday and Sunday are

different than my credit card billing
address? |

A: No. We can only
ship to the billing address of the credit
card used or an alternate ship to address on
file with the credit card company.

to address? |

A: An alternate ship
to address is an address other that your
bill to address on your credit card that you
want products delivered to purchased on the
Internet. |

Q: How do I get an alternate
ship to address? |
|
A: You need to call
your credit card customer service number on
the back of your credit card. You will need
to ask them to list the shipping address you
want to receive products purchased on the
internet as your alternate ship to
address. This will not change the
address that your credit card is billed to.

Q: What do I
need to do to use an alternate ship to
address?

A: The billing must
match the records of the credit card company
exactly. Do not enter your alternate ship to
address as your Bill To address. You will
enter you alternate ship to address as the
Ship To address. When requesting an
"alternate" ship to address it must be on
file with your credit card company prior
to you placing your order with us. If
placing an order with a valid "alternate"
ship to address please include the Customer
Service Telephone Number of your Credit Card
company in the message and comments area of
the Order Form. We will contact your
credit card company for verification!
