Warranty
|

All products sold by
PrimeSourceElectronics.com carry a 1-year
Limited Warranty from the date of purchase
by PrimeSourceElectronics.com against
manufacturers defects and at the discretion
of PrimeSourceElectronics.com will be
repaired or replaced. Manufacturer’s defects
do not include any customer abuse or
physical damage. Warranty returns require a
RA # (Return Authorization Number). In order
to obtain this # you must first send us an
E-Mail request to
PrimeSourceElectronics.com. Your email must
include your name, address, email address,
product model number, date of purchase and a
brief description of the problem. All
returns must be in original packaging with
all accessories, wires, manuals and
instructions. Any product received that
shows any sign of customer abuse or physical
damage will NOT be accepted for warranty
service regardless of any other problem with
the product. All returns must be packaged to
prevent damage in return shipping. All
products returned that are improperly
packaged or damaged in shipping due to
improper packaging will be returned to
customer with no credits or further warranty
repairs. Proper packaging is determined to
be that the product should be packaged in a
box with sufficient padding inside the box
around the product to prevent damage in
transit. Return shipping costs will be at
the customers’ expense. Please remember
repairs take time but will be handled very
expediently. PrimeSourceElectronics.com will
not be responsible for loss of usage of
product during this period of time nor will
a loaner product be made available. Shipping
costs will be the customer’s responsibility
on all returns to
PrimeSourceElectronics.com...
PrimeSourceElectronics.com will return the
repaired or replaced product at no-charge.

the 48 continental United States is free!
Ship To and Bill To addresses must match.
PrimeSourceElectronics.com must verify all
shipping addresses with the credit card
company prior to shipment of any product.
Orders that have unverifiable addresses will
be voided. Check your e-mail for a few days
after your order is placed to see if there
is a problem. All orders that are placed
with non-operating e-mails that have a
billing problem will be voided. All verified
orders will be shipped within 2 business
days not including holidays or weekends.
Most orders received by 1:00 p.m. central
standard time will be shipped the same day. |

Damaged Products |

All shipments are insured for
damages. ALL packages should be inspected at
the time of receipt for damage. If damage
product is found you must retain all
packaging materials and immediately notify
UPS at 1-800- PICK UPS and
PrimeSourceElectronics.com at
PrimeSourceElectronics@aol.com to file the
damage claim report.
PrimeSourceElectronics.com will assist you
in getting the matter resolved in the
quickest possible manner. The CUTOMER is
responsible for filing the damage claim with
UPS. Failure to notify UPS and
PrimeSourceElectronics.com within 72 Hours
of the receipt of the merchandise will
result in your claim being denied.

to be placed with an error in pricing on
